Not much on the menu at our house this week as we are headed home to celebrate thanksgiving with our families, but what we did have was amazing and easy so i thought i would share. Topped this with some greek yogurt and chips and it made for a tasty easy meal, along with some delish leftovers. These tacos were better than most from a restaurant, highly recommend trying this recipe.
